  • International Shipping Restrictions, Taxes, & Duties The total amount for your order does not include any duty, VAT, or other customs fees required by your country’s customs requirements.  Please be mindful of your countries import restrictions as everything sent from the USA via the US Postal System goes through your country’s customs and we do not have control of their regulations and therefore, will not be responsible for confiscated packages.  Please check with your customs to make sure an item can be imported into your country before purchasing.  Based on your country’s import laws, you may be responsible to pay duties and/or taxes for your package.  Your package value will be based on the item cost for the items(s) included in your order not including the cost of shipping your package to you.  Packages will not be sent as a gift.
  • Packaging The Decks and Notebooks will come cellophane wrapped.  All items within your order will ship out together.  In some cases, your items may be split into separate packages for safer shipping.  Packaging will be secure, tight, and well structured so that the contents of the package do not get banged around and damaged during transit.  Please be careful when opening. I f your package arrives damage, please refer to the Damages or Mistakes to your order? section below.
  • Can I cancel my order?  Please email us at uncommonbeat@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form here to let us know if you need to cancel your order.  You may cancel you order free of charge if it has not been processes yet at the time of contacting us.  An order cancellation that takes place after the item has been processed will be charged for the full order amount not including the cost of shipping.  If the items have been shipped before the time of cancellation, the full order amount including the cost of shipping will be charged.
  • Can I change my order?  In order to make a change to your order, you will have to cancel your order and place a new order with the updated order info. See above details about cancellations to your order.
  • What is your return policy? All Sales Final.
  • Damages or Mistakes to your order?   If your package arrives damaged or with a mistake to your order, please notify us within 3 days of the delivery date of your package at uncommonbeat@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form here by providing photos of the damage to the outside packaging and damage to the inside contents and in the case of mistakes to your order...photos of the error-ed item(s).  Photos of the damage to the packaging/merchandise and mistakes to your order are needed in order for us to manage on our side and provide the needed claims to our mail provider or producers.  In some instances, we send a pre-paid USPS shipping labels to you for the return of the damaged goods back to us.  This will be determined on a case by case basis.  We will work with you to get your order sorted out appropriately.  If photos of the damage to the packaging, damage to the contents, or photos of the error-ed item(s) are not provided within 3 days of delivery date per your package tracking number, all sales are final.
  • Did not received your package?  If you do not receive your package within a few weeks after it is shipped, please reach out to us right away at uncommmonbeat@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form here so that we can work on our end to determine where your package is.  In addition, please reach out to your local postal office (and if international, your customs office) and notify them as well.  Due to the way the mail system is set up, it is much harder for us to have access to your local post office regarding your mail piece since our mailing contacts are not located in your town.  Your local mailman will be able to provide further details as to where your package is and whether it was delivered/received.  Many post office locations will not hold packages pass 30 days so staying on top of delivery is important to in order to get the cooperation of the postal system.  Please keep in contact with us if your package is not delivered within 30 days of when we ship.  We are not responsible for missing packages if we are not contacted within 30 days from the date of ship.  We are also not responsible for missing packages that show delivered to your shipping address via the USPS postal tracking system.  Please follow up with the United States Postal Service accordingly.
  • Returned packages to us:   If your package is not deliverable or returned back to us per the shipping address provided for your order, we will notify you within 3 days of receipt of the returned package to us.  At that time, you can choose to have your package re-shipped for an additional shipping cost. The initial shipping cost is collected by the USPS whether it is successfully delivered to the address or not.
  • What if my card does not match my personality?  Ah shucks!  We hope that you will be able to identify with at least some of the words on your playing card however, this deck is just for entertainment purposes.  We encourage you to create your own spread by finding cards within the deck that you identify with, would like to be more like, or just like the design of the card.  I am a two of diamonds, I find the 10 of spades extremely motivating, and I adore the 5 of clubs design so my spread would be a 2 diamonds, 10 spades, and 5 clubs.  We hope you have fun with it!
